We were on a trip with our Grandchildren in class C Winnebago. We received assistance from on the road mechanic who directed us to Tri batteries as they can fix us up to complete our trip to Oregon. Both locations treated our situation with urgency and professionalism with the on location expertise to diagnose the problem, fix the problem and get us right back on schedule to complete our wonderful trip. This organization is professional, customer focused and everyone should trust thier input.

Best customer service I have had in quite a while. I called ahead of time to make sure the had what I needed, and of course they did! Got to the store and got what I needed, in and out in no time! This is a well managed group and I highly recommend them! Thanks again TCB!
Christian was my service pro. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. He has such a wonderful attitude and charismatic personality. They couldn't fix my car but helped me in everywhere to make sure I was informed on how to proceed. Thank you!
I was greeted with a smile and listened to with my problem. Jaime took me out to my car went in to get a mechanic and within 10 minutes, the problem was fixed! I had never been there before but I will definitely be back for whatever car needs I have in the future.
The professionalism I received at this location with Jason and the mechanic was top notch . Friendly, honest and did a great job on my car. I would highly recommended them 😊
